These Terms of Service govern your use of offerings by Lumeris, located at Brandschenkestrasse 110, 8005 Zurich, Switzerland. By accessing or using our offerings, you agree to comply with these terms.

Scope of Offerings

Services

Lumeris provides live coaching sessions and workshops focused on spiritual growth tailored for entrepreneurs, business owners, and executives. Scheduling is done through our contact form. Sessions are confirmed upon availability.

Info Products

We offer digital courses, recordings, and written guides delivered electronically after purchase. Access instructions will be sent to the email provided at checkout.

Physical Products

Physical products include journals, meditation tools, and kits. Items will be dispatched after payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on destination.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required before service delivery or product dispatch. Accepted methods include major credit and debit cards and alternative electronic options.

Refund and Rescheduling Policy

General Refunds and Reimbursements

If you are not satisfied with an info product or physical product within 14 days of purchase, you may request a refund. Submit your request via our contact form. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping costs for goods are non-refundable.

Services

Requests to reschedule a session must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. If you cancel less than 48 hours before a session, no refund will be provided, but fees may be applied to a future session within 90 days of the original booking.

Info Products

Digital courses and materials are eligible for a refund within 14 days of delivery if no more than 20% of content has been accessed. After this period or usage threshold, no refund will be issued.

Physical Products

Physical products may be sent back within 14 days of delivery in unused condition and original packaging. Shipping back costs are the customer's responsibility. Once received and inspected, a reimbursement for the product price will be issued within 10 business days.

Limitation of Liability

Lumeris and its representatives shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from use of our services or products.
